Mongolia: Footage Shows Moment Gas Truck Explodes And Fire Near Dunjingarav Market In Ulaanbaatar

A truck carrying 60 tons of liquefied natural gas exploded after crashing into a car near Dunjingarav market in the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar on early Wednesday morning, January 24. At least 6 people died, including 3 firefighters who were battling the initial blast when the truck crashed into a small car. The second, forceful explosion from a part of the truck killed the 3 firefighters.

This clip shows the fire engulfing the truck and the moment of the ensuing blast.
