Chef makes stunning flower bouquet from vegetables
A chef made a beautiful flower bouquet from vegetables - then gave it to his girlfriend to eat.
Oxy Simisim chopped the leaves off the green cabbages and skewered them with sticks to look like green roses in Ontario, Canada.
Footage shows Oxy building the budget arrangement. He added beans on sticks to give it a unique design and wrapped them in more leaves.
He gave the DIY boquet to his partner as a romantic gesture cooked the scraps so there was no leftovers on February 13.
Oxy said: ‘The veggie flowers suit any occasion. It shows your love and it can be eaten after, unlike real flowers.'
