Filmed on February 15th, the video showed a helium balloon floated down onto the treetops, where it was retrieved and bitten by a panda named Haoyue in the Hu'nan Yueyang Chinese Giant Panda Park, southern China.

Responding to the incident, park staff stated: "The helium balloon was brought into the park by visitors from outside and accidentally slipped out of their hands." After biting the balloon, Haoyue spat out the shreds and did not ingest any. Subsequent examinations confirmed no harm to Haoyue's health. The park has now implemented a ban on bringing helium balloons into the premises.

The video was provided with permission from local media.
