Electric Car Battery Charging Indoors Suddenly Catches Fire in China
On February 16, 2024, in Jinan, Shandong, a terrifying incident unfolded as an electric bike battery suddenly caught fire while charging indoors.
The surveillance camera in the home captured the moment the fire started and the explosion caused by the burning battery.
People in home immediately called the fire alarm and eventually extinguished the flames in time after cutting off power and pouring water. The accident fortunately did not lead to any injuries in the home.
