This is the amusing moment a feisty Pomeranian startled a horse, chasing it past neighbouring homes.

The pet dog appeared to have become jealous of the attention the mare was receiving from the owner in Krabi, Thailand.

CCTV footage shows the pooch barking and charging towards the terrified nag, causing her to bolt around the yard.

Astonishingly, they furious dog then chased the horse through the street - with shocked residents looking out from their porches as the two animals charged past.

The owner said he later caught up with the terrified horse when it ran out of energy and rested in nearby trees.

The territorial dog gave up its chase when it was satisfied the the horse was far enough from the home.
