AMIA paid tribute to Alberto Nisman with a plaque at its headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The late former federal prosecutor Alberto Nisman was honored on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Asociacion Mutual Israelita Argentina (AMIA), one month after the ninth anniversary of his death, with a ceremony attended by family members and authorities.
During the ceremony, which began at 5 p.m. in the building at Pasteur 633 - rebuilt after the July 18, 1994 bombing - a commemorative plaque was unveiled with the legend: "The Argentine Jewish community pays tribute to him for his commitment, dedication and courage in the judicial investigation of the Amia bombing".
"This plaque will help us to mention Nisman permanently so that he does not suffer the second death, the death of oblivion," said Amia President Amos Linetzky, referring to the late federal prosecutor in charge of the investigation of the bombing.
