Leopard released after being captured in western India

A leopard was captured and released into the wild, in western India's Maharashtra.

This incident happened in Shiwar village of Mauje Borkhed in Buldhana district on February 20.

Visuals showed the leopard jumping out of the vehicle in which it was transported after capture. It was in good health when captured by the forest department. Later, it was released into the Ambabarwa sanctuary in accordance with orders from the Honorable Conservator of Forests, Buldana, Saroj Gavas, and the Honorable Assistant Conservator of Forests, Abhijit Thackeray Saheb."
