A Chinese New Year celebration was held at the Australian National Maritime Museum on Saturday.

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the first lunar month, marking the end of the Chinese New Year celebrations.

It's not something we had enough for at the museum, that's why celebrating Lunar New Year is so important to us."
