Families with little children play on 650ft high mesh net football pitch
This nail-biting footage shows dozens of young families playing with their children on top of a mesh net suspended a staggering 650ft above a steep drop.
The unusual playground, located in the Goose Team Adventure Park in Xiuyan Village, in Zhejiang, China, has the appearance of a large football field seen from the sky.
Aerial footage shows several families joined by their young children playing and bouncing on the green net that is suspended in the air and connected by a bridge between two cliffs.
Despite only the net preventing them from a horrible 650ft fall down into the large pond, all of them appeared to be relaxed and carefree.
The park management said: 'We can responsibly say that this facility is definitely safe. No one would treat life as a child's play. If it were an unsafe project, it would not be placed there.'
They also reassured that the playground has protective nets on both upper and lower levels, and regular inspections are conducted every day.
The large net, spanning over a total area of 1600 square metres that can accommodate up to 50 people, was opened to the public in October 2023.
It has become a popular attraction during the local Spring Festival.
