A French delegation including students, young volunteers and employees from a French non-profit organization, visited the FAST telescope and the memorial hall dedicated to the late chief scientist of FAST project Nan Rendong in SW China's Guizhou on Tuesday.

FAST, the world's largest single-dish radio telescope, started formal operation in January 2020. It is believed to be the world's most sensitive radio telescope.
