Meet Zhang Xijiang, the extraordinary performer from Guizhou Province in southwest China, who can inflate a 140-centimetre-long balloon using only his ear in just 70 seconds.

Despite his remarkable talent, the 49-year-old struggled with insecurity and ridicule from peers during his childhood. However, he discovered his unique ability at the age of nine and has since astonished audiences with his ear-centric feats.

From inflating tires to playing musical instruments and even smoking and drinking water, Zhang demonstrates an array of activities that he can perform solely using his ears.

He recalls a particular event where he showcased his talent for 16 consecutive days, challenging anyone to match his balloon-blowing prowess with their mouths, but to no avail.
