Furious lion lunges at gawping zoo visitors
A furious lion lunged at gawping zoo visitors outside his enclosure.
The big cat was resting when tourists stood to watch him from the other side of the glass at Malabon Zoo in Manila, the Philippines on February 17.
Footage shows the animal's attention turning to the people who was recording. One of the guests started mimicking the lion's roar as heard from the background noise.
Annoyed, the lion leapt up to scare him and his friend away before they quickly backed off.
Tourist Reign Custodio said: ‘I've seen in a video how thin the animals were at the zoo so we went there to at least help them.'
