A car speeding in rainy conditions ended in a horrific crash in eastern China.

Terrifying dashcam video, filmed in Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province on February 29, shows a pink vehicle speeding followed closely by a white one. Suddenly, the pink car lost control, crashing into roadside barriers, bursting into flames. The vehicle then flipped several times in the air before landing on the opposite side of the road, engulfed in flames, leaving debris scattered along the route.

An eyewitness, one of the motorists, stated that despite driving at approximately 100 kilometres per hour, they were effortlessly overtaken by the two vehicles involved.

The accident involved a Xpeng P7 car, presumably driven at excessive speed, crashing into a utility pole, road sign, and tree. The scene was described as tragic, with the vehicle reduced to a charred skeleton.
Furthermore, the owner of the vehicle is suspected to have died at the scene.

In response to the incident, Xpeng Motors expressed deep sorrow for the casualties and vehicle damages incurred. Relevant authorities have cordoned off the accident site for detailed investigation.
