This is the heartwarming moment a debutante dances with a portrait of her late father.

Angelique Ubias danced with her uncle, who wore a mask of a picture of her dad, during her 18th birthday celebration in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, the Philippines, on February 10.

Footage shows the uncle entering the stage holding a sunflower and the portrait of Angelique's father, Bienvenido J Ubias Jr.

The celebrant was moved to tears as she looked at the picture of her late father.

Imitating her father, the uncle presented her with the flower and danced with her, bringing her to tears during the final dance.

Mark Oland Cuatriz was behind the idea to surprise Angelique.

Mark said: 'This is a heart-touching and emotional moment not just for the debutante but for all of us. The idea that you can no longer see and dance with your father on your very special day really breaks our hearts.'

Angelique's father, Bienvenido, a policeman, passed away due to cardiac arrest.
