Young Woman Rescued After Plunging 25 Feet onto Rocks in San Diego, USA

In a harrowing incident that unfolded on Saturday afternoon, a young woman in her 20s was rescued by lifeguards and firefighters after falling onto rocks in San Diego, California.
The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department (SDFD) sprang into action around 2pm after receiving reports of the woman plummeting from the street level at 900 Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. The drop was estimated to be about 25 feet, causing the victim to sustain severe injuries.
According to a statement released by the department, the woman was swiftly attended to by SDFD lifeguards and firefighters who worked together to rescue her. She was then transported to a local hospital via SDFD's copter 3 for further medical treatment.
