They started to feed black kites from the window of their apartment, which is located at 13th floor, at the beginning of summer, in June. Every summer kites are flying around, and they could see them right opposite their windows. But in winter, they migrate to India (as ornithologists said), because here it became too cold for them.

So, they always loved these birds and this summer the idea to try to feed them came up to their mind. They placed pieces of red meat on the window-ledge, and awaited. After some time, the kite flew close to the window and tried to grab it. Then they understood that it needs help as they are afraid to approach very close. So they started to throw the meat and kite managed to catch it! Since that time, one or two wild kites are coming for some food every day.
