A pet cat struck a perfectly timed pose next to a tiger image printed on a cardboard box.

The Siamese and Persian mixed breed rested on the bottom of a rack of wooden shelves that were next to the empty beer box.

Footage shows the six-year-old moggy named Epluak with wide-opened eyes and angle that matched those of the tiger.

His fur seemed to match the spots on the big cat's coat and he even had a startled facial expression that matched the image on the box.

Th video was recorded outside the family home in Samut Prakan province, Thailand on February 28.

Epluak's owner Kon Lek said: ‘Epluak looked like a grade A copy of the tiger. His facial expression even looked like a predator in the wild.'
