A grandma has gone viral after showing off her dramatic look – including over 150 tattoos, 30 piercings, and even bedazzled teeth.

Rachel Wise, from Indiana, US, has made quite a stir online, sharing her intense body modifications on TikTok (@lefthanded_granny ) which often include hanging multiple chains from her cheeks.

Posting her unique appearance, she has quickly racked up over 278,400 followers and 6.2m views, with some people calling her ‘a fool’.

Despite the negative opinions, her kids love her look, with daughters Kamaree, 22, and Kahmia, 21, complementing their mother daily, along with the support of her grandkids, Kween K’lzLand, four, and King K’Aunce, three months.

“I don’t alter my appearance, I enhance it,” the 42-year-old told http://www.whatsthejam.com.

“I have 10 piercings around my mouth, 12 on my face, five in my ears, and three on the rest of my body.

“I hope nobody wants to look like me, please leave me original, this is my style.

“I am me, and I’m an original person and I do what I want to do.”

Starting her transformation journey in 2001, Rachel now has 158 tattoos with plans to keep adding to her appearance.

Despite her looks being controversial, she encourages others to love themselves and ignore what other people think.

She added: “Of course, I experience a lot of negative comments, you're entitled to your own opinion.

“My advice is to do what makes you happy, despite the trolls!

“You have to look at yourself every day so love who you are and what you see.

“My friends and family let me live my life, but I like that they love my look.

“They respect me.”

Posting a clip showing her glammed up, she answered the most commonly asked question, ‘What do your kids think', gaining over 595,900 likes and thousands of comments in the process.
