Residents of Madera, California were left shaken as a funnel cloud was spotted swirling in the sky on March 1, with the state preparing to face the impacts of an atmospheric river. The National Weather Service confirmed the presence of a tornado in Madera County on Friday afternoon, alarming residents in the area.
