On February 11, 2024, in Qujing, Yunnan, as the Lunar New Year approached, people enthusiastically lit firecrackers to usher in the new year.
However, amidst the festivities, a woman encountered misfortune while attempting to ignite firecrackers. Despite her attempts, fear prevented her from lighting them the first two times.
On the third try, after the firecrackers were finally ignited, she was in too much of a hurry when she tried to run away and accidentally fell to the ground, causing a fracture and casting a shadow over the festive preparations.
