Victim Shot in the Head and Crashes into Pole in East Los Angeles, USA

CHP and East Los Angeles County Sheriff deputies along with firefighters responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Whittier Blvd and S. Mobile Ave. Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene, they located one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Unknown at this time, if the victim was transported, or was pronounced dead at the scene. Unknown at this time if any suspects are in custody or outstanding. Sheriff's deputies from East Los Angeles will be taking over the investigation. Both west and eastbound Whittier Boulevard are shut down due to the investigation.
