Interviews with actor Christian Bale, Eric Esrailian and Supervisor Kathryn Barger regarding the first day of breaking ground for a new foster care project by "Together California" which is co-founded by Christian Bale and his wife Sibi, and Eric Esrailian. The project is a yearslong vision of Bale's to keep siblings together in the foster care system along with stability and support. They plan on building 12 homes, a community center and studio apartments. Barger embraced the project for Palmdale and helped to find the location. The ribbon cutting ceremony for this new Palmdale foster care village is said to take place some time next year.
