7 oz (200 gr) butter
7 oz (200 gr) icing sugar
Organic lemon zest
1 vanilla bean
1 tsp honey
4 egg yolks (70 gr)
3 eggs (180 gr)
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz (150 gr) all purposes flour
4.5 oz (130 oz) potato starch
1.5 tsp baking powder
