Lemon CHIFFON CAKE: the fluffiest cake you've ever tried!
Chiffon cake is a fluffy American cake, very popular also in our country. You can easily prepare it and enjoy its amazing taste and its unique softness.
We thought to decorate this cake using whipping cream, lemon slices and fresh blueberries.

INGREDIENTS
2.4 cups of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
0.9 cup of caster sugar
1 sachet of vanillin (or 1 vanilla bean)
1 large organic lemon peel
9 large eggs (500 gr)
2 lemon organic juice
1 cup water
10 tbsp sunflower seed oil
1 sachet of cream of tartar (8 gr)
