This is the amusing moment a baby reacted hilariously to her first sips of lemonade.

Miraye, a 1-year-old toddler, tried to drink the juice but spat it out when she realised how sour it was in Samut Prakan, Thailand, on March 17.

Footage captured by Jane Alakul shows the child enthusiastically sipping the lemon juice with the straw and immediately gagging from the sourness of it.

However, after retching from the lemonade, she began attempting to drink it again but her mother moved the tumbler away from her.

Some children have heightened sensory sensitivity, which can make them more reactive to certain tastes, textures, or sensations.

Sourness may be particularly intense for children, leading to strong reactions like gagging or making faces.
