The Israeli military has carried out further bombing raids on "a military structure" and an "observation post" of the Lebanese Shiite militia-party Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, with no reports of casualties or material damage so far. The Israeli army said in a brief statement on its website that "fighter jets attacked a military structure and an observation post of the Hezbollah terrorist organisation in the area of Ramiya". It also stressed that on Sunday it carried out another bombardment against "a terrorist infrastructure" of the group in the area of Al Nakura, in the framework of the clashes of the last five months on the border. The incidents come amid clashes between the Israeli army and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon since 8 October, a day after attacks by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Israeli territory left nearly 1,200 dead and some 240 kidnapped.
