A motorist helped retrieve a woman's dropped phone that was snatched by a truck driver in eastern China.

The video was filmed in Qingdao City in Shandong Province on March 12.

A woman dropped her phone at a street intersection. Seizing the opportunity, a passing truck driver noticed the phone and without hesitation, stopped his vehicle.

Seeing the incident unfold, a motorist named Xin, who witnessed the entire scene, immediately alerted the phone's owner. He swiftly turned his vehicle around, urging the woman to hop in as they embarked on a chase.

They caught up with the truck at another intersection and managed to halt it. Xin informed the truck driver that his car's dashboard camera had captured the entire incident. With the evidence in hand, they successfully retrieved the phone.

The relieved owner expressed profound gratitude towards Mr. Xin for his quick thinking and assistance.
