CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA - JANUARY 31: A reckless driver crashes into an oncoming vehicle due to lack of vigilance on January 31, 2024, in Concord, North Carolina, USA. The incident was captured on the dashcam of the car that was hit out of the blue for no fault of his own. In the footage, we can see the black car approaching from the opposite direction and proceeds to collide head-on. The driver was not paying attention and drove directly into the vehicle with no time to react. As the footage shows the driver of the car was taken by shock and fear.
