Grey heron on a tree branch getting rid of undigested fish remainings
At a weir on the local river Mze I met this young heron. He flew away from the water and landed on a tree on the opposite side of the river. Short after I saw his weird behavior and then, when trying to capture it in detail, it went clear. He just wanted to get rid of some undigested remainings/skeletons of fishes from his stomach, which he then successfully made.
