"We are here in the northwestern suburbs of Moscow. A shooting event took place here Friday night, in the Crocus City Hall behind me, at the concert venue, where at least 60 people were killed."

According to the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR), its investigators, criminologists and experts are working together on the ground with the operational units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Security Service.

A total of 115 people were hospitalized as a result of the terrorist attack in Moscow's Crocus City Hall, including five children, according to Russian Health Minister on Saturday.

Following the incident, the Russian Ministry of Culture has announced the cancellation of all mass and entertainment events at federal cultural institutions for the coming days.
