Post Trooper Rescues Injured Hawk on Interstate 76 in Canfield, USA

On January 24, a trooper from the Canfield Post made headlines for his heroic act of rescuing an injured hawk on the side of Interstate 76. The trooper, whose identity has not been disclosed, spotted the bird in distress and immediately sprang into action to help.
The trooper safely transported the hawk to the nearby Birds in Flight Sanctuary for treatment. The sanctuary staff are currently providing the hawk with the necessary care and attention it needs to recover from its injuries.
In a statement released by the police department, the trooper described the experience as "one of the coolest" of his life.
