On March 16th, in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, a heartwarming yet harrowing incident unfolded as a puppy found its head stuck in a rubber barrel. Witnessing the scene, Ms. Zheng, the owner, found herself at a loss for what to do and decided to wait for her mother to return before taking action.

Concerned about the puppy's well-being, Ms. Zheng placed a bowl of food in front of the trapped dog, who continued to eat undisturbed by its predicament. After waiting patiently for approximately two to three hours, Ms. Zheng's mother arrived. Upon careful examination, they determined that the puppy's head was soft enough to be extracted directly from the barrel. Ultimately, mother and daughter decided to pull the rubber barrel off together, successfully freeing the puppy from its ordeal.

According to Ms. Zheng, the puppy was brought back by her younger brother from Yunnan Province shortly after its birth. Believed to be a local breed, the puppy's curious nature led it to explore a rubber barrel, resulting in its accidental entrapment. Fortunately, the puppy emerged from the incident unharmed and displayed its playful demeanor even after being freed, eagerly chasing after the discarded rubber barrel, eager for more adventures.
