The incident unfolded on March 15th at Tribble Mill Park, where officers from the Bay Creek precinct responded to reports of a man experiencing a mental health crisis.

Body camera footage captured the intense moments as an officer, equipped with unwavering determination, shed his toolbelt and bravely ventured into the lake. With unwavering resolve, he waded deeper into the water before diving beneath its surface to locate the distressed individual.

As the two emerged from the water and reached the safety of the shore, several other officers swiftly sprang into action, providing additional assistance to ensure the successful rescue operation.
