This is the amusing moment a jealous girlfriend planted a kiss on her partner - to distract him from looking at a dancer in a restaurant.

The couple had just finished eating dinner at a Chinese hot pot eatery and were waiting for the bill when a server in a mini-skirt performed for the customers in Taipei, Taiwan, on March 17.

When the music started, the curious boyfriend turned his head to watch but the over-protective girlfriend quickly gave him amorous kisses so that he would stop looking at the woman.

Footage shows the girlfriend sitting on her boyfriend's lap while French kissing as the dancer continued her performance.

An onlooker said: ‘I don't know how the dancer could continue with the choreography while it happened near her.'

The customers, as well as some of the dancer's colleagues, were cheering and giggling because of the performance and the couple's public display of affection.

As soon as the dancer finished her routine, the couple also toned down their kissing.
