Earlier today (28 March) around 4pm a man was arrest for DUI after causing a chain reaction crash that involved a Los Angeles public metro bus and several other vehicles, which one rolled over injuring a total of nine people. During the course of the police and fire rescue investigation, a guy can be seen on video being given a field sobriety test, which he failed and was placed in handcuffs for driving under the influence.
