Update!!
Home owner admits to Arson and is charged in Overlook blaze from yesterday.
James Terzakos, has been been charged with ARSON and other charges after admitting to setting beds on fire inside the residence than sitting outside and waiting for a ride.
James also reportedly sent a text message to family members admitting to starting the fire.
Currently he is jailed on the following charges
Arson
Causing / risking a catastrophe
Criminal mischief
Reckless endangerment of another
He has been remanded to Northumberland county jail on $300,000 straight cash bail.

Just before 1230hrs Ralpho township fire department was alert to a working structure fire in the Overlook area of the township.
As units began to respond chief staff was advised police department on scene with a working fire already self-venting.
A second alarm was struck bringing additional manpower to the scene and the blaze was controlled within 30 minutes and the fire was kept from consuming the entire structure.
After the blaze was extinguished one male was handcuffed and taken into custody by Ralpho township police officers.
The officers would not comment on why he was taken into custody or what charges the male was facing at the time of his arrest.
The Pennsylvania state police fire marshal was called to investigate the blaze and has no current comment on the investigation.
