"Hello, I'm Xinhua correspondent Sui Shangjun. Now I'm in Wuyuan County, east China's Jiangxi Province, which is known to many as "China's most beautiful countryside." As you can see, we are now just on time for the blooming season of cole flowers. Apart from the scenery, I also want to introduce to you a couple of models who used to be farmers."

Li Mingde, a 62-year-old farmer, offers tourists visiting a scenic area in Wuyuan the opportunity to take photos with his water buffalo for a fee.

"This 17-year-old buffalo is a "seasoned actress." It knows its way around the scenic area, including where to pose and when to stop. Instead of plowing in the fields, it only needs to pose for tourists nowadays."

Yu Guisheng, a 52-year-old fisherman, earns a living by offering tourists the chance to take photos, with him in the river against the backdrop of Wuyuan's lucid waters.

"The skill of casting a net involves the strength of the waist and arms, and maintaining stability with the feet firmly planted at the bow of the boat. Otherwise, one might fall into the water. Once it's arranged properly, we'll give the net a swift toss outward, which forms a circular shape, enabling it to catch fish."
