Field Artillery Warehouse (Armed) in Ciangsana, on the border between Bekasi and Bogor Regency, Indonesia, experienced a powerful explosion on Saturday (3/30) around 6:30 PM local time, causing panic in the surrounding area. Residents living near the site, especially in Kota Wisata Bogor, reported grenades being thrown into residential areas during the explosion.

Due to the strong blast from the Armed warehouse, the windows of residents' houses also shattered and suffered damage. As of the time of this report, the Fire Department (Damkar) team has not been able to approach the fire location due to ongoing explosions in the area. The exact cause of the explosion and fire at the Medan Artillery Warehouse (Armed) is still unknown.

platoon commander B of the Bekasi City Fire Department, Haryanto, confirmed that they have deployed a fleet to the incident location in Gunung Putri district, Bogor Regency. "Yes, that's the Armed warehouse located on the border between Bogor and Bekasi, and we have already dispatched three units from our city," he said when contacted.

However, firefighting efforts are still hindered by the ongoing explosions at the fire site. "We are coordinating with the Armed forces, so we haven't dared to enter yet because there are still many bullet explosions," he added. The situation remains under tight supervision while authorities continue to work on controlling the situation to prevent further escalation.
