Indonesian Muslims are gathering to pray at the Baitul Arsy Mosque, located at the foothill of Mount Karang in Pasir Angin Village, Majasari District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia, on March 30, 2024. The mosque, which is estimated to be around 400 years old, was constructed during Dutch colonial rule using jackfruit wood as the primary material. It is considered a place of worship and congregation for the Wali, which in Arabic refers to someone who is trusted, a protector, or a friend of Allah, and in the Koran, signifies someone who is devout and faithful.
