Searches of the president's house are taking place in Peru. The head of state is suspected of having an undeclared collection of Rolex watches

Peruvian police and prosecutors searched the home of President Dina Boluarte as part of the Rolexgate investigation. The purpose of the search was to find an expensive watch, because of which Boluarte was accused of illegal enrichment.

A local news portal attracted attention to the head of state’s accessories; it reported on the president’s collection of luxury watches. It is estimated that Boluarte owns approximately 14 expensive accessories. She herself claims that she bought this watch with her own money, which she has been earning since she was 18 years old.
