The Wanzhou District Traffic Police Department responded promptly to the incident, arriving at the scene to manage the situation. It was observed that there was water accumulation on the road at the time of the accident. Preliminary investigations suggest that the accident occurred due to the truck skidding after braking. The truck driver has been taken to the hospital but is not in critical condition.
