Footage shows long queues at the train station in Shenzen, China, following an earthquake in neighbouring Taiwan on April 3.

The Communist state felt tremors when the magnitude 7.4 quake rocked its democratically governed neighbour, killing at least 10 people and injuring more than 1,000 others.

Infrastructure was affected in the CCP's territory, with trains delayed sparking chaos at stations, as seen in the video.

Taiwan later branded China 'shameless' after Beijing's deputy ambassador to the United Nations thanked the world for its concern about a strong earthquake on the island.

China has never ruled or had a political say in the independent island, so speaking on behalf of the country sparked furry among many of its politicians.

Dozens of buildings suffered severe damage and were deemed structurally unsafe following the tremors and aftershocks in Hualien, the epicentre of the magnitude 7.4 quake.

Officials said the earthquake struck at around 7.58 am local time off the east coast of the country triggering tsunami warnings in Taiwan and neighbouring Japan and the Philippines. The epicentre was around 18 kilometers (11 miles) south of the city of Hualien.

Taiwan's national fire agency said that at least nine people have died.
