Passerby rescues bird stuck in net
This is the heartwarming moment a passerby rescues a bird stuck in a fishing net.
Niwat Kongnok and his 11-year-old son, named Music, were watering plants in a field when they spotted a beautiful Javan kingfisher trapped in a net in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, on February 18.
Footage shows the Javan kingfisher attempting to fly, but its talons are stuck.
They immediately freed the feathered creature from the entanglement, and Music even carried the bird in his hand.
Another footage shows the avian biting the boy's finger before flying away.
Niwat said: 'I'm really happy to have helped the bird. I'm already a rescue officer, and I'm always pleased to assist.'
