Thailand's most virile albino buffalo met Nicaraguan Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios during her trip to the Southeast Asian country this week.

The beauty queen, accompanied by Miss Thailand 2023 Anntonia Porsild, was introduced to the white-haired farm animal Ko Muang Phet, nicknamed 'Gun', on her visit to Bangkok's Baan Phra Arthit area on April 4.

Footage shows the crown-wearing pageant winner gently stroking Gun's forehead before showering him with a bowl of water in a short blessing ceremony.

Palacios told the bull: 'I respect you, great bearer of blessings and prosperity.

'It was a pleasure to feel your energy and thank you for letting me appreciate you.'

Gun was reported to be Thailand's top breeding buffalo, having covered more than 1,000 cows over four years.

He was recently sold for a whopping 400,000 GBP at the 12th Uthai Thani Thai Buffalo Festival in Uthai Thani province in March.

The sale is said to be the most expensive in the festival's history.

A consistent winner in showing circuits because of his muscular form, strength, and appearance, Gun was retired to serve as a stud to cover farmers' cows.

Gun's wealthy new owner, Pho Liang Jay of the Wanasuwan Farm in Chiang Rai province, said the buffalo was a worthwhile investment despite the eye-watering price tag.

Gun's sperm was prized reportedly because of higher chances to produce albino offspring.
