Storyline:
A large-scale military parade was held in Damascus, Syria, to mark the International Quds Day, expressing support for the Palestinians.

The march was held at the Yarmouk refugee camp on the southern outskirts of the Syrian capital, Damascus. It was the largest refugee camp for Palestinians in the world before the Syrian crisis erupted in 2011.

The International Quds Day, which falls on the last Friday of Ramadan every year, is to express support for Palestinians and oppose Israel's occupation of Jerusalem. It is initiated by Iran in 1979 and is observed annually.

Fueled by the outbreak of a new round of Palestine-Israel conflict on Oct 7, 2023, and the recent attack on the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Syria, this year's event was larger than previous ones.

The event was participated by both local political party members and Palestinians in Syria. All strongly condemned the Israeli air strike on the Iranian embassy in Syria.
