Storyline:
After enduring six months of relentless bombardment, Gaza's healthcare system is barely surviving, leaving medical workers grappling with an influx of patients and injured people with whatever tools they can salvage from what's left of their hospitals in makeshift tents.

Najdat Saqr, a dentist, now operates his practice in a small three by three meter plastic tent, making do with minimal tools and equipment. Before the war, Saqr had a thriving dental clinic that was tragically destroyed by Israeli bombings.

The impact of the war on Gaza's healthcare system has been devastating. Abu Yousef AlNajjar hospital, which now serves over 1.5 million people in Rafah, has seen many sections, including the children's unit, forced to close due to the shortage of medical equipment and supplies.

Samah Faten came to the hospital with her 32-year-old son, Mohammed, who sustained injuries in an Israeli airstrike in eastern Rafah. Despite his extensive injuries, Mohammed has been lying on the hospital floor for hours due to the lack of available space and resources.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, 32 hospitals in Gaza, including the main medical providers Al-Shifa and Nasser Medical Complex, have completely shut down, leaving over 2.3 million Palestinians with limited options for medical treatment.

The Health Ministry in Gaza announced on Friday that the death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 33,091.

In a press statement, the ministry said that the Israeli army killed 54 Palestinians and wounded 82 others during the past 24 hours.

This brings the total death toll to 33,091 and injuries to 75,750 since the Israel-Hamas conflict broke out on Oct. 7, 2023, according to the ministry.

I still face many challenges due to the lack of necessary tools and other materials, which are very difficult to find at this moment.";
