"The entire Hainan circular tourism highway is now open, offering a great spot for road trippers to explore. I should ask my friends about it. I think it's time I give Hainan a whirl.
At the moment, I'm waiting for a friend and it's incredible how many green-plated cars (EVs) there are on Hainan's roads.
