In China, artificial intelligence is flexing its muscle in both traditional and emerging industries to help boost productivity and improve efficiency.
An AI company in Beijing has developed a fluid-dynamics large AI model based on technology and historical simulation data from various car makers.
The model can simulate a wind tunnel test in a matter of seconds, providing crucial support to vehicle designers.
The AI product has been adopted by an automaker in northeast China's Jilin Province to streamline decision-making and speed-up production.

Li Sheng, General manager, FAW Jiefang Automotive Co., Ltd.:
"We are able to know what each device is doing and the condition of every vehicle. Take the tire assembly station as an example: we can see the current operating state of the robots, which will provide evidence for decisions, and enhance assembly operation efficiency."
