Quick-thinking concierge saves dog from strangulation in Moscow elevator
On March 29, 2024, in Moscow, Russia, a vigilant concierge prevented a potential tragedy when they rescued a dog from being strangled by its leash in a high-rise building's elevator. The dog's owner unwittingly left the pet's leash trapped in the closing elevator doors as they entered the cabin, causing the canine to be hoisted off the ground as the elevator ascended. Thankfully, the concierge, alerted by surveillance cameras, rushed to intervene, freeing the dog and averting a potentially fatal outcome.
