An international furniture fair kicked off on Monday in Bazhou City in north China's Hebei Province, attracting more than 100,000 buyers from home and abroad.
An Indian businessman says the furniture industry in Bazhou is very competent.

"So the market is continuously evolving. The manufacturers here, every time they are coming up with new designs, new innovations. We can do collaboration, export the furniture manufactured here all over the world. The quality is good, the price at which they are supplying is very reasonable, very affordable."
As a major furniture manufacturing base in China, Bazhou has more than 4,000 furniture companies, whose products are exported to over 130 countries and regions.
